Privacy: We respect your privacy and do not use your information for any purpose other than communication regarding your order. Your information is never shared with anyone outside of our company and limited to Ziptape® employees to provide products and services to you. We protect your information and will not disclose your account name and password to anyone. Order: Orders will be invoiced at the correct prices, discounts and terms, even though incorrect prices, discounts and terms may appear on the customer’s purchase order. Product prices and designs are subject to change without notice. Quick Ship Items; order must be received by Noon MST to be shipped same day. Standard Ship Items; will be processed, produced and shipped within 3-5 business days from receipt of order. All online orders are processed using a secure connection.

Payment Terms: Prepayment via Visa, MasterCard or AMEX.

Orders shipping to the following States require a Tax Exempt Certificate, Current Resale Certificate or are otherwise subject to the appropriate taxes; Arizona, California, Washington, New York and Maryland.

Freight Policy: Customers will be charged freight according to product weight from origination zip-code to destination zip-code based on Carrier’s current rates for the service type chosen. UPS is used in most cases and freight charges will be added to your order accordingly. Should you prefer to use another carrier or want to use your own UPS Account Number please list it in the comments box on your order. Ziptape is not responsible for rate changes by the carrier.

Conditions: The user shall be responsible for determining suitability of the product for his intended use, and user assumes all responsibility for an injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of misuse. Ziptape products are carefully inspected before shipment. As it is impossible to detect all imperfections, our policy is to replace such goods as proved defective. Ziptape warrants that the product is free of defect in material and workmanship and their only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product that the user proves to be defective; and they shall not be liable for any damages including consequential and special damages. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are given.

All Technical Information and statements contained herein are based on laboratory tests we believe to be reliable, but the accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed under all circumstances.

Claims: All Claims of shortage or erroneous charges must be presented in writing within 10 (ten) days after receipt of shipment. All claims of defect and/or adjustments must be presented in writing to Ziptape within 90 days of the date of shipment.

No Adjustments, special terms, discounts, freight allowances, or agreements for substitution or exchange of products or for accepting the return of materials will be honored unless it has been specifically agreed to, in writing, by Ziptape Label ID Systems. Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be requested and approved prior to returning any item otherwise the package will be refused at our Dock.

Custom and Non-Standard Products: Orders are NCNR after customer has signed-off on the proof. Lead-Times may vary but generally a custom product can be built within 10-14 business days. Minimums and set-up fee may apply. The quantity shipped may vary 10% (+/-) on all custom orders.
